Claim Information

Its always recommended to contact directly your insurance carrier as soon as possible after you are involved in the accident. Information is always provided in your insurance ID Card. You may also find their info online or you can call Rapid Insurance during business hours and we will get you the proper phone number immediately. You should also make a claim if your vehicle is vandalized or stolen.

Please, make sure to have the following information readily available when calling to make a claim:

*Policy number and your name
*Location, date and time of the accident
*Name, addresses and phone numbers of ALL Drivers, passengers and witnesses
*License plate of the vehicle that struck you along with driver's license

It is always helpful to take pictures of vehicles, location of the accident and always look around for witnesses and kindly ask them if they saw what happened and get their contact information.
