I have a tendency to remember to make my payment on the last possible day, usually when i get paid on friday between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm, although even when it is almost time to close if no one is able to take my call and I think its too late, they have returned my call. I really do appreciate this because I know most people want to go home and won't take calls after hours but it was such a relief for me to know that I was insured over the weekend. I would hate to get into an accident and not be insured. So I can not tell you how relieved I was, because I didn't expect a call back and I can tell you this meant a lot to me so for this reason, the special attention which was given to me is the reason I would recommend your services to anyone who would listen. I never was too fond of paying a broker versus going directly to the insurance company because I never saw the benefits just the expense. But having been with your company a few years and they have helped to lower my payment when another company was increasing my payments to ensure that i would stay within my budget was another instance where I again experienced the benefits to having a broker. So I applaud your services. Keep up the good work.

I appreciate that I was taken care of with expediency in regards to searching for coverage for a new car that I recently purchased, ended up with National General. You provided excellent customer service!! I did however have a problem with my old insurance Reliant General canceling once I started with the new one. I had to sign a cancelation doc twice, but I know sometimes things slip through the cracks. No one is perfect, that would be the only thing that I can say about that!!
